Meet the Partners
We finance the majority of our projects through a combination of commercial funding and our own funds. However, from time to time we also part-finance projects through Private funding partners.
Our private funding partners can choose a fixed return on their capital or a combined fixed return plus share of the profitability of the project.
Each investment is project specific and our partner funded projects are fixed Return To Market projects where the properties are developed and sold, thus releasing the invested funds and profitability to be distributed.
In addition to undertaking our own acquisition and development of properties, we also enjoy forming partnerships with individuals who want to participate in property development but do not necessarily have the time to make it a reality.
We are always looking for people who share the same values and ethos that we do at Elemental Properties and in this spirit of collaboration we can offer any potential investors a return on their surplus funds on an annual basis, or we can take their properties, increase their value and share the profits with the owner on a joint venture basis.
Our team provides the business experience, architectural and design knowledge and a love for creating beauty in the surrounding and built environment that results in successful property development.
Our goal is to leave every property we invest in and the community around it with a sense of place, purpose & improvement.

We generally undertake projects ranging in size from a £750,000 acquisition and redevelopment of a residential home through to a £5,000,000 acquisition and conversion of large scale buildings into multiple apartments.
