We generally undertake projects ranging in size from a £750,000 acquisition and redevelopment of a residential home through to a £5,000,000 acquisition and conversion of large scale buildings into multiple apartments.

The scale of the project is not our key criteria when selecting a property for development, the scope for cost-effectively enhancing its value is.

Planning was approved for a replacement dwelling.
The project redevelopment was completed in 12 months.
